You must be able to follow directions and guidelines and be able to communicate in order to benefit from InnerPeace therapy and this course. To work with InnerPeace, children must be old enough to understand instructions and follow them.
Children and Youth: Feel free to bring your children and teenagers with you to participate in the Lesson 1 sessions, together with a responsible adult.

People usually feel that something changes while they are working with the first meditation or illustration. Some are blown away that a long-standing issue was relieved the first time they tried InnerPeace. Freeing resistance in your mind can create quick changes.

This interactive course gives you both theory and practice. The theory parts should help you to get the knowledge and skills for working on yourself with active illustrations and meditations. Both the meditations and illustrations are meant for you to listen to, follow and work on your own triggers beside. In the start, you will go through and learn some methods to release resistance in the mind, and you will continue working with those throughout the course. Your personal results will depend on you actively working with the meditations and illustrations, to get better and better at practicing the InnerPeace technique on yourself.

Following the guidelines and letting go of the tension held in your triggers will probably change how you feel about some of your current concerns. This lesson focuses on tuning the mind, resolving tension on the inner child, and improving your relationship with yourself. Most people grow significantly calmer related to such triggers and inner conditions. They often feel calmer related to their thoughts and daily life stresses.
While many people experience positive results from using the InnerPeace method, outcomes can vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee specific results for your unique challenges. The method must be explored and tested individually to discover what kind of effect it may have for you.

Generally speaking, using InnerPeace to help you let go of some of your old tension and stress may have positive effects on your health. -
If you book a session with Keyhan or another experienced InnerPeace therapist, they will typically guide you throughout the process, addressing whatever comes up for you. They will work very specifically to release energy blockages exactly as they present themselves in your mind and body. When working with this course, the meditations will be more general, and the illustrations of Keyhan working with a client will show guidance specifically tailored to the individual he worked with. This means you will need to be somewhat independent in noticing where your own blockages come up, so that you can apply the techniques he illustrates to release your own blockages, even though it might sometimes differ slightly from how he guides in the meditation or illustration.
Some people find that in the beginning, it takes a little more time to understand the theory and technique, but after a while, things become automatic, and they are able to benefit greatly from the digital course. The digital course also contains information about the technique, so you learn the principles much better than if you were to attend a therapy session. Keyhan also recommends that you revisit the meditations/illustrations over and over again (at least 21 times), using them to release deeper layers each time.
Some people say they see a therapist when there are specific things they struggle to release on their own, but in general, they use the courses and self-work as their main focus.
